If your looking to get into affiliate marketing and want to learn the where to start. Super Affiliate Zac Johnson has started The Super Affiliate’s Guide to PPC Marketing.
Zac starts out with where to find offers all the way through of getting setting up your campaign in Google Adwords, although it can be applied to most programs.

One of the interesting things is that in a reply to a question he states:
I’ve made all my profit through the content network. I would only focus on regular search, once I found a successful offer on the content network.
I thought that was very interesting, as I thought (and have read) that you would want to start with search until you get good at promoting your offer and then move into the content match to save on cost.
