Well another week, another couple of pounds.
A little less then I wanted to but it was a crazy-ass busy week, I started walking on the treadmill, not as much as I wanted but I will get into a groove in the next couple of days.
A few people have asked how I have lost my weight so quickly and I think on of the main things I did was completely change my diet.
Here is what I eat during the day:
1 Yoplait Light Yogurt (Orange Crème is the best!)
1 Cereal bar
A bottled water or Diet Coke
1 Turkey sandwich on 9 grain bread, light mayo & lettuce
10ea Baked Lays chips
1 Yoplait Light Yogurt
A bottled water or Diet Coke (whatever I didn’t have with breakfast)
If I get hungry and need a snack I have either an apple, a Fiber One chewy bar (Oats & Chocolate) or some mini caramel rice cakes.
Starting Weight: 251 Pounds
Last Week’s Weight: 237
Today’s Weight: 235 Pounds
Lost: 2 Pounds
Total Lost: 16 Pounds
