I missed yesterday’s weigh-in from being extremely busy with way to many projects.
So for this week I didn’t lose any, but I didn’t gain anything either, so it was a good week.

And there is a great piece on Lauren (aka turbolapp) on how she is works while walking on a treadmill. I’m not sure if I could do it, but she can successfully.
