Weigh-In Wednesday – The Don’t Call Me Rich Edition

AKA – Week 1

If you want to know what I mean, my buddy (Yes he still is), Shawn Collins, called me “Rich Seligman” in his latest Affiliate Fatblogging update.

Anyway, this first week wasn’t too bad, I just had to get in the habit of taking some time out to do some sort of exercise, whether it be walking, doing some things around the yard, or just outside playing with the kids, I am putting pressure on myself to do that.

This week I worked out in the yard for about 5 hours on Sunday, did 2 30 minute video workouts and took a couple of brief walks just to get the muscles moving again.

Starting weight: 251 Pounds
Today’s weight: 248 Pounds
Lost: 3 Pounds

I also noticed that my buddy JasperP is also jumping in to the mix, though more to get into shape then losing the weight.

Why another blog about forums? Great question, we are just a couple of forum owners who have built ours forums from the ground-up. We just wanted a blog for real life forum owners, with real life experiences.

    Nice work in the first week – sorry about the screw-up in the video. But I did have it correct in the text. 🙂

    If you're able to work it in, I find walking or going to the gym mid-day really revitalizes me for the rest of the day.

    Also, you can mix in some "work" and listen to podcasts.
