People are e-mailing me and DM me on Twitter about when I’m going to post the Playboy Mansion pictures. I’m working on posting them, slowly but surely. So here is a small set to start, some people can’t seem to wait.

The worst thing you can do in a deal is seem desperate to make it. That makes the other guy smell blood, and then you’re dead.
The best thing you can do is deal from strength; leverage is the biggest strength you can have. Leverage is having something the other guy wants, or better yet something he needs, or best of all, simply can’t do without.
LEVERAGE: Don’t Makes Deals Without It!

On Sunday I sent out a newsletter for one of my sites, since it’s industry related I always get a few out of the office auto-replies. I never read them, but for some reason I read this one and it’s has to be the best one I have ever seen:
Ladies and Gentlemen,
My outlook system will behave as a black hole for the next 2 weeks as I will be on PTO until 09/01/2010 (Wednesday). My Outlook will simply suck in your e-mail without providing you with any worthwhile response for days on end. In fact, I would not be shocked if, towards the end of this 2-week period, your e-mail would simply be rejected as undeliverable due to my having maxed out my allocated space.
One more thing to mention over this 2-week range, I will be coming in occasionally for a couple hours here and there and, if you are lucky, perhaps you will win this “PTO-Outlook-Review-Lottery” and I will respond to you earlier rather than later. Good Luck!!!

Unfortunately I will not be attending this year.
Like my friend Logan Thompson, I also have a young one at home, although our son just turned 7 weeks old.
I would be traveling way too much, because a couple weeks after ASE, I will be heading to Los Angeles for the “Party of 2010”. So I would be gone about 14 total days in just a couple weeks time and that would be just too much time to leave my wife with the kids (3 in total) for that long. Priorities = Family First!
I may have to turn Twitter off, I really don’t want to read all the great things happening there. I love New York and can’t wait to get back there again, maybe next year.
So hope to see you in Vegas in 2011!

If all goes well today I will be heading to SMX Advanced in Seattle this afternoon, my wife is not feeling to well now that we are down to days, not weeks for baby #3, so we will see.
Although I only get the expo pass, I’m still look forward to attending. The expo hall is not that big at all, it only takes a little bit to go through it, but there are some good contacts to make.
There are also a couple of sessions that expo only passes can attend.
Today I will be attending:
Microsoft adCenter Desktop Lab – Although I have not used it, I’m looking forward to learning about the new features.
Search & Social: Measuring & Driving Brand Effectiveness – This one should be a little interesting, the panelist will share how they are using technology to power advertising performance using search and social media insights.
After those sessions, I might hang out in the expo hall and watch the Matt Cutts Q&A.
Then a few of us are heading over to HasOffers office and take a quick tour, then head out to dinner. I am looking forward to dinner with Ian Fernando, Matt, Josh and Nate from Unique Blog Designs, Cameron and Peter from HasOffers and possibly a couple others.
