Well it was only a matter of time before it was made public.
About a month ago, the owners approached some of us longtime members about purchasing it and I had to pass. I think it’s a great forum, and a year ago I would be interested in it. But to me you can only take a forum for admins so far before the post and threads start getting recycled.
This still is one of my favorite places to visit when it first started my first forum and I am still an active member, although lately I have been to busy to visit.
I want to wish Ryan the best of luck on his new ventures. To the rest of the staff I wish you continued success in whatever you decide to do.

About 4 months ago I join an affiliate teaching forum where for only $10.00 a month you would get 5 landing pages and a list of keywords.
I thought wow 5 landing pages for only $10.00 a month! To further make this a great deal, the pages were designed by Tom Fuller, who does landing pages for Shoemoney. How could I go wrong?
The first set of landing pages came around in August they were great and nice looking, some of them converted very well for me. For the next couple of months there were no problems getting the landing pages.
The keyword list were a little few a far in between, but I didn’t have a problem with it, because I was going to use my own keyword list.
Then came the 1st of December, I signed into the forum hoping to see the new landing pages for the month of December, I was disappointed, there were none. So I know that people get busy during the holidays so I would give it a couple more days before I cancel.
Well here we are the 11th of the month and still nothing, it’s a dang shame. I guess you could chalk this up to, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
But in this case I can’t say that. I got 20 landing pages for only $40.00. Can’t beat that!
I have had a few people call and e-mail me to see how we are doing with all the rain we have been having.
We are doing just fine, no damage, no flooding around our neighborhood.
I had to attend a funeral yesterday so I had to leave the house and it was raining so hard, I thought it would never stop. We had close to 5†of rain in less then 12 hours and close to 8†in the 24 hours.
It has been crazy around here and it’s going to be days before everything gets back to normal.

I have been so busy this month working on my sites for the holiday season that I just haven’t had time to post on my blog, but this is worth writing for.
